Billing & Returns

Salt Light & Silver is in the business of making relationships with our customers. We want our customers to love our company as much as they love their jewelry. We are confident that you will love each piece, but if you would like to return a piece, we makes it easy. Contact us for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. We will provide you with a return authorization number to send with the product being returned.  We are happy to give a full refund within 30 days or we will exchange the product within 90 days of purchase.

For a full refund or exchange, all returned item must be:

1. In new condition.
2. Original packaging and proof of purchase must be included in return.
3. If an item was missing or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately so that we can replace it as soon as possible.  
4. Items that are faulty or defective must be returned within 14 days. Please contact us immediately if the piece has a manufactured defect.
5. Salt, Light, and Silver  is not responsible for normal wear and tear, or pieces that are inappropriately handled and damaged. 
6. Once we receive your return, please allow 14 business days for refund or exchange.

Examples of manufacturer’s defect:
1. Broken clasp
2. Broken chain or link
3. Missing or loose stone

 

How do I return a product?

Contact us with your name, order number, name of the piece you wish to return, and reason for return. We will then provide you with further directions. We hope to make returns a simple process for our customers. 

What about the box and return shipping label?

Not a problem. Use the original packaging that you received, and we will send you an authorization for return.


When will I receive my refund?

Please allow 14 business days from the date of return.


How do I return a  gift?

Contact us the same way for any return. Please indicate that it was a gift. Unfortunately, gifts cannot be refunded to the recipient, only to the buyer. We are happy to give a credit so that you may pick something else that you love.

Billing

Billing is done through either Paypal or Credit Card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover card. Our payment system is protected by RapidSSL so that you can feel confident knowing your personal information is always secure. Full refunds are completed using the same information you provided us. We cannot give a cash refund, or refund to a new card.
